Shipping and Returns


We are eager to bring to you the Earth's harvest in its raw form and in record time.

Please note that:

SHIPPING 

  • We offer courier services to all parts of South Africa, unfortunately we do not ship to other countries, however, third party trusted companies such as DHL can be consulted to deliver your products. Email us with your order at info@groomedbyearth.co.za and we will assist where possible. 
  • Your order will be delivered to your door by Fastway during working hours: 08:30 - 17:00.
  • Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday will only be processed on the next business day.
  • The courier costs are determined by your location and are indicated when you enter your address under the shipping method on the online store. 
  • When your order is dispatched you will receive an email or sms with the tracking number and courier website link to track your package.
  • All orders are dispatched from Pretoria and delivery is between 2 - 7 working days. 95% of our deliveries have been according to the above days. However, where delays come to play we will be in contact with the courier companies.
  • The courier company will contact you on the cell phone number that you provide when making the delivery. It is therefore important to provide us with your correct cell phone number and an accurate delivery address.

RETURNS

  • Groomed or not ? Let us know immediately if you are not satisfied with your order. You have 3 days from delivery to return the products to the sender address indicated on your parcel. We will be happy to replace or refund your purchase given that you settle the shipping costs. 
  • All costs attaining to third parties such as the courier company can not be refunded.
